Found at Frog By Adam Handling in Covent Garden, this sexy basement bar welcomes you with neon signage that reads ‘resist everything, except temptation.’ Loosely based around the Bible story of Adam and Eve, the bar tempts saints and sinners alike with its plush deep-blue sofas, foliage lining the walls and faux stained-glass windows.

The cocktail menu is split into five themes, including Innocence, Temptation and Indulgence. From the Innocence section, try an Adam’s Apple (Hendrick’s gin, red apple cordial and calvados), while those looking to indulge can opt for an Endeavour: a blend of Tanqueray No 10 gin, coconut milk, eucalyptus, cardamom and Branca Menta liqueur. Bar snacks meanwhile are just as devilish, including Handling’s signature cheese and truffle doughnuts, alongside smoked cod with caviar and Frog popcorn sprinkled with garlic and parsley.
